RESOLUTION IS IN RE-EDUCATION AND RECONDITION. The SOLUTION is to delete, reduce or minimize illusions and delusions that lies behind what is FACT AND TRUTH. And, what is needed is ..CHANGE that is actually about WHEN is the best ''time and place'' to do what need to be done, ACCORDINGLY; PLACEMENT is to APPLY to the place and time that you are actually now placed or LOCATED.
